The City, RRLD, Army and GSA will have a conference call on March I I. 2008 to discuss <br />updates and information required for the next face-to-face meeting scheduled for June 4-5, 2008 <br />in Minneapolis at the office of Dorsey and Whitney. <br /> <br />Preliminary Development Agreement <br /> <br />. On March 10,2008 the City Council will consider approval of the second amendment to the PDA <br />to extend the term for one year. The PDA will expire on March 31, 2008 and the extension will <br />change this date to March 3 I, 2009. <br /> <br />Hwy 10 and County Road 96 <br /> <br />. At the March 10, 2008, City Council meeting, the Council will review a draft position paper that <br />sets the guidelines and parameters for preliminary design to move forward. After connnents are <br />received back from Council, it will be brought back to a future Council meeting for consideration <br />and approval. <br /> <br />County Road H <br /> <br />. The City submitted a request to the three (3) members of the congressional delegation for $4 <br />million in federal funding for reconstruction of the 1-35W and County Road H interchange <br />(for Fiscal Year 2009). <br /> <br />Communication Strategy <br /> <br />. The draft plan was reviewed by the Communications Committee at their meeting on February 26, <br />2008.
