Repeal of Ordinance No. 118. Ordinance No. <br /> 118 relative to the adoption of the Hiqhway 7raffic <br /> Regulation Act Is hereby repealed. <br /> Section 4. Incorporation by Referance of Nighway <br /> Tra(fic Regulation Act as Amended. Chapter 169 of <br /> Minnesota Statutes, 1969, as amended to date, including <br /> , the amendments passed at the 1971 session oi the <br /> Minnesota Legislature, is hereby adopted by rHerence. <br /> Settion 3. P¢nelty. Any v1018110n Of 5ald CheptEf 169, <br /> commonly referred to as the Highway Traffic <br /> Regulation Act, which occurs within the limits of the <br /> Village of Arden Hills Is a violation of this ordinance. <br /> Any person violating any provision thereof shall be <br /> guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine <br /> not To exceed $300 or by imprisonment In the county jail <br /> up to ninety (90) days, or both; provided howevar, pettY <br /> misdemeanors as defined by said Chapter 169 as <br /> amended shall be punishable by a fine noT more than , <br /> $100. <br /> Section 4. Etfeetive dafe.
