Ordinance No. 18, knawn <br /> as the Zoning Ordinanee, is hereby <br /> amended to rezone the following-described <br /> property from commercial to residential <br /> (R-1), tawit: <br /> Lot Two (2), Block Four (4), Shady <br /> Oaks Addition, according to the plat <br /> thereof on file and of record in the <br /> offiee of the Register of Deeda of <br /> Ramsey County. <br /> Section 2. The Zoning Map of the <br /> Vi"ag-e of Arden Hills referred to in <br /> ths aforesaid Ordinance No. 18 shall not . be republished to show the aforesaid re- <br /> zoning, but the Clerl: shall appropriately <br /> mark the Zoning Map on file in the <br /> .
