Breach of this condition shall be qrounds for cancelling the eDer:al use permit. . Section V D of Ordinance No. 99, the 'Loning Ordinance, ie hereby amended to add thereto the following as Para- sraph 6: 5. It ie contemplated thst any work involved or reQuired by reason of a . requested variance will be commenc- cd promptly snd concluded w3thin a reesonable time. Accordingly all vary . ances shall be granted on the auto- matic condition thnt work involved or required by reaeon of the variance shall be commenced within 6 montha after granting of the variance and con- cluded within one year after granting of . the variance. Such condition need not be included within the varisnce, and thie ia not intended to limit the authority of - the Council with reepect to impoaition of other or different time limitatione if th~ Council deeme it proper in the par- ticular case. It shall be tbe responaibil- ity of the Clerk-Adminiatrator W check , on theae automatic time ]imitations or sny other time limitatione contained in the variance and advise the council of any breach thereof.
