Amendment to Section 2-17 of the Arden Hills Code. <br /> Section 2-17 of the Arden Hills Code is hereby amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> "The Mayor shall be elected for a four (4) year <br /> term at the biennial election commencing in 1986." <br /> <br /> 2. Effective Date.
