Highway Traffic Regulation <br /> Act Inwrporated By Reference. <br /> The regulating pravisiona of the Min- <br /> nesota Statutes 1961, Chapter 169, as <br /> amended by Laws 1963, are hereby <br /> adoAted as a traffic ordinance regulat- <br /> ing the use of highways> atreete and al- <br /> ` leys within the Village of Arden Hil[s, <br /> and are hereby incorporated in and made <br /> a part of this ordinance as completely <br /> as if set out herein in fu1L <br /> Section 3. Penalty. <br /> Any violation of the atatutea adopted <br /> by reference in Section 2 is a violation <br /> of this ordinance when it occurs within <br /> the limita of the Village of Arden Aills. <br /> . Any person violating any provision of <br /> thia ordinance ahall be guilty of a mis- <br /> deameanor and shall be gunished by a <br /> fine of not more than One Hundred <br /> Dollars ($100.00) or by imprieonment in <br /> the county jail for a period of ninety <br /> (90) days, bwE if a different fine or im- <br /> prisonment is prescribed by the State <br /> gIighwsy Traffic Act far an offenae, the <br /> penalty prescribed in said State Aigh- <br /> way Traffic Act ahall apply to s person <br /> convicted of the sasne offense under this <br /> ordinance. <br /> Section 4. Effective Date. <br /> This Ordinance shall become efPective <br /> upon its passage and publication. <br /> Passed by the Village Council thia 29 <br /> day of June, 1964. <br /> D. F.
