NOS. 103, <br /> 119, 142 AND 154 BY ESTABLISHING STAND- <br /> BY CHARGES, CHANGING BILLING AND DELIN- <br /> QUENCY PROVISIONS, ALTERING HYDRANT <br /> CHARGE PROVISIONS, AND PERMITTING WAIVER <br /> OF MINIMUM CHARGES FOR SENIOR CITIZENS <br /> OR DISABLED CITIZENS. <br /> <br /> The Village Council of the ViZlage of Arden Hills does hereby <br /> ordain as follows: <br /> Section 1. Amendment of Section 3.2(g) of Ord. No. 103 - <br /> Stand-B Char es. Section 3.2(g) of Ord. No. 103, previously <br /> amen ed by Ord. No. 142, is hereby amended in the followinq <br /> respects: <br /> <br /> A. The demand or stand-by charge for the first <br /> item in the table (pipe size 1 inch and ~ <br /> smaller) is changed frOm $1.95 per quarter ' <br /> to $1.50 per quarter. <br /> i <br /> B. The following two paragraphs are hereby ~ <br /> added to Section 3.2(g): <br /> The owner of a parcel of improved <br /> residential property, any portion of <br /> which is located within 400 ft. of an <br /> Arden Hills fireYtiidrant, shall also pay 9 <br /> a quarterly demand or stand-by charge ~ <br /> of $1.50, even though such property is <br /> not connected to the municipal water <br /> system. ~ <br /> Similarly, the owners of parcels of ~ <br /> improved and non-residential properties, " <br /> any portion of which parcel is located ~ <br /> within 400 ft. of an Arden Hills fire ; <br /> hydrant, shall pay a quarterly demand <br /> or stand-by charge based on well meter <br /> size, using well meter size as <br /> equivalent to service pipe size per the <br /> previous schedule. <br /> Section 2. Amendment of Section 3.3, Ord. No. 103 - Billin <br /> Dates. Section 6.3 o Ord. No. 103, previously amended by Or . <br /> No. 119, is hereby amended to change the billing dates therein <br /> from the 5th day of January, April, July and October to <br /> the 20th day of each such month. <br /> ~ Section 3. Amendment of Section 3.4(a) of Ord. No. 103 - <br /> Delin uenc Penalties. Section a o Or . No. 0, previously ~ <br /> amen ed by Ord. No. 19 and Ord.
