Amendment to-Article III, Division 2, of Chapter <br /> 2 of the Arden Hills Code to Reserve Certain Sections for Future <br /> Use. Article III, Division 2 of Chapter 2 of the Arden Hills <br /> Code is hereby amended by adding thereto, at the end thereof the <br /> following; <br /> "Secs. 2-89 2-93. Reserved. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Amendment to Chapter 2 of Arden Hills Code by <br /> Adding Thereto a New Article IV Entitled "Enforcement". Chapter <br /> 2 of the Arden Hills Code is hereby amended by adding thereto, at <br /> the end thereof, a new Article IV entitled as follows: <br /> "ARTICLE IV. ENFORCEMENT <br /> Division 1 ' <br /> Officers and Agents" <br /> Section 3. Amendment to Chapter 2 of Arden Hills Code by <br /> Adding to Article IV, Division 1 Thereof a New Section 2-94. <br /> Chapter 2 of the Arden Hills Code is hereby amended by adding to <br /> Article III, Division 1 thereof a new Section 2-94 which reads as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> "Sec. 2-94. Issuance of ordinance violation summonses. <br /> The persons hereafter named, as employees or agents of <br /> the city, shail have power to issue summonses with <br /> complaints incorporated therein (citations), in the form <br /> adopted by the rule of the court, but such issuance by <br /> those named shall relate only to offenses involving the <br /> Code; building construction, operation or maintenance; <br /> fire and fire prevention; public health and sanitation; <br /> and zoning. No such emgloyee, or agent, hereinafter <br /> authorized to issue said summonses shall be authorized <br /> <br /> - 1 - <br />
