Although we are now at a different place regarding the TCAAP <br />property, it is still important that we identify a set of communication objectives/needs, the <br />messages we want to communicate regarding those objectives, and the strategies for achieving <br />those objectives. <br /> <br />An outline of a Communication/Legislative Relations Plan is attached for Council review. Each <br />of the elements of the plan can be fleshed out at the June 8 TCAAP work session. Also attached <br />are a list of target audiences, and a proposed preliminary list of messages. The proposed <br />messages are purposely general, and are meant to provide the foundation for additional, more <br />specific messages. <br /> <br />Council Direction Reauested <br />Provide direction to flesh out the Communication Plan outline, and the elements of the outline. <br />
