McCollum's TCAAP Listening Session <br /> <br />Back!!round <br />Rep. McCollum is holding a listening session to obtain input from elected officials and the <br />general public regarding the future of the TCAAP property. The listening session is scheduled <br />for Monday, June 22, with a tentative start time of 5 :30 p.m. and end time of 7 :30 p.m. The City <br />needs to determine its objectives for the listening session, the messages it wants to communicate <br />at the listening session, and who will present the messages. The TCAAP <br />Communications/Legislative Relations Plan discussion, which is the first item on the June 8 <br />work session agenda, will provide substantial information for the listening session preparations. <br /> <br />Council Direction Reauested: <br />Provide direction regarding the objectives for the listening session, the messages to be <br />communicated at the listening session, and who will present the messages. <br />
