And <br />A.RZENHILLS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2010-007 <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING CERTAIN DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council conducted a public hearing on the 22 <br />day of February, 2010, preceded by mailed and published notice, as required by <br />Minnesota Statutes 412.851 and 462.358, subd. 7; and <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of the public hearing was to consider the vacation of the <br />public's interest in: <br />That part of the drainage and utility easement in the plat of Amble Addition, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, that lies 6 feet on both sides of the line between <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, in said Amble Addition, that lies east of the west 12 feet <br />of said Lots 1 and 2 and that lies west of the westerly line of the drainage <br />easement shown on said Amble Addition over the easterly part of said Lots 1 <br />and 2. <br />That part of the drainage and utility easement in the plat of Amble Addition, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, that lies 6 feet on both sides of the line between <br />Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, in said Amble Addition, that lies east of the west 12 feet <br />of said Lots 2 and 3 and that lies west of the westerly line of the drainage <br />easement shown on said Amble Addition over the easterly part of said Lots 2 <br />and 3. <br />WHEREAS, all of the above referenced easement is known as "Drainage and <br />Utility Easements" as recorded in plat Amble Addition and is hereinafter collectively <br />referred to as the "Easements and <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council has determined that it is in the public's <br />interest to vacate the Easements. <br />
