<br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 87-26 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SEWER AVAILABILITY <br />CHARGE (SAC) AND ABOLISHING RESOLUTION NO. 85-65 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 217 provides that fees be established <br />by resolution from time to time adopted by the City Council, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Waste Control Commissian, by <br />Resolution Number 86-260, has acted to increase the SAC rate for <br />cammunities that have interceptors, from $475.00 to $525.00, effective <br />January 1, 1987; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a sewer availability <br />unit charge of $525.00 is hereby established. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the abave fee shall be <br />effective, retraactive to January 1, 1987. <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden Hills City Caunci1 this 26th day of May, <br /> <br />1987. <br /> <br />if? p-/~~J ~~;;~'"'---- <br /> <br />Robert L.
