STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> RESOLUTION #15-002 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAY AND BENEFIT ADJUSTMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Centerville on December 10, 2014, approved a labor agreement <br /> with Union Local 49, and <br /> WHEREAS, in order to maintain pay equity between various city employees, the City <br /> Council intends to modify pay and benefits for non-union employees. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> CENTERVILLE, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. Non-union employees, except the City Administrator during the year 2015, are <br /> granted cost of living adjustments to the pay grade and step matrix attached as <br /> Exhibit A,of 2.5% each year for 2015, 2016, and 2017. <br /> 2. Non-union employees shall receive an increase in the monthly insurance <br /> contribution by the city of $25 each year, such that 2015 the employer <br /> contribution shall be $1,000 per month, 2016 the employer contribution shall be <br /> $1,025 per month and in 2017 the employer contribution shall be $1,050 per <br /> month. <br /> 3. The personnel policy shall be amended to include the revised Appendix A dated <br /> 1-14-2015, attached hereto, which is hereby approved and shall be substituted for <br /> the existing Appendix A, dated 12-9-2009. <br /> Adopted by the City Council this 14th day of January, 2015. <br /> Tom Wilharber, Mayor <br /> Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br />
