PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> III. SET AGENDA <br /> Mayor Paar stated that Check #31623-31632 were added to Item #1., Consent Agenda; <br /> Replacement Pages for Ruffridge-Johnson, a. Conditional Use Permit under Old Business and <br /> 2018 Pay Plan under Old Business Closed Executive Session. <br /> Motion by Council Member Montain, seconded by Council Member Love to approve the <br /> Agenda as Amended. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> IV. APPOINTMENTS/PRESENTATIONS <br /> 1. Res. #18-001 - Recognizing & Memorializing Jon Grahek for his Years of Dedicated <br /> Public Service <br /> Mayor Paar invited Mrs. Jon (Heidi) Grahek to the podium to present her with the Resolution. <br /> Mayor Paar stated that Mr. Grahek was a very dedicated public servant for both the Cities of St. <br /> Paul and Centerville. He also stated that Jon was a wonderful man and that the City is deeply <br /> saddened by his loss. He read the resolution to the public and Mrs. Grahek. <br />
