PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Mayor Paar added the March 28, 2018 City Council Meeting Minutes as Pages 45a-45e, Check <br /> #31777-31785 w/Voided Check #31766 under Item #1 and added CenterPoint Energy <br /> Community Partnership Grant Application (CFD) under Item#7, Consent Agenda <br /> Motion by Council Member Love, Seconded by Council Member Montain to Approve the <br /> Agenda as noted. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> IV. APPOINTMENTS/PRESENTATIONS <br /> 1. Mr. Eric Maass, WSB—Review of Land Use, Housing & Transportation Chapters <br /> of Comprehensive Plan <br /> Mr. Eric Maass was available for comments and questions. Mr. Maass reviewed the submitted <br /> Land Use, Housing and Transportation Chapters of the Comprehensive Plan at this evenings <br /> meeting but also reviewed them prior with the Planning & Zoning Commission and incorporated <br /> slight modifications that they suggested. <br />
