CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> May 8, 2019 <br /> 6:30 p.m. <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held a scheduled City Council <br /> Work Session on May 8, 2019 at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> PRESENT: Mayor Jeff Paar <br /> Council Member D. Love <br /> Council Member Michelle Lakso (1, <br /> Council Member Matt Montain it <br /> ABSENT: Council Member Russ Koski <br /> STAFF: City Administrator Mark Statz <br /> City Attorney Kurt Glaser <br /> COUNCIL <br /> I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Paar called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m. <br /> II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Mayor Paar provided an opportunity for others to add or delete any items. Administrator Statz <br /> requested that VIIL Old Business, Item 45, Bay View Villas Homeowner's Association <br /> documents be pulled from the agenda. <br /> Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Montain to Approve the <br /> Agenda with the Above Stated Removal. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> L APPOINTMENTS/PRESENTATIONS <br /> 1. Vacant Seat—Parks and Recreation Committee <br /> a. Ms. Kathy Freiermuth <br /> Administrator Statz stated that Ms. Kathy Freiermuth has made application for the vacant seat <br /> and had attended several meetings of the Parks and Recreation Committee was interested in <br /> serving on the Committee. Ms. Freiermuth is the only candidate at this time. The Committee <br /> recommended that Council appoint her at their meeting of May 1, 2019. <br /> Motion by Council Member Montain, seconded by Council Member Lakso to Appoint Ms. <br /> Kathy Freiermuth to the Parks & Recreation Committee. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> Council welcomed her to the Committee. <br />
