<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />October 9, 2019 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held a regularly scheduled City <br />Council Meeting on October 9, 2019 at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> <br />COUNCIL <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Paar called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />PRESENT: Mayor Jeff Paar <br />Council Member Russ Koski <br />Council Member D. Love <br />Council Member Matt Montain <br /> <br />ABSENT: Council Member Michelle Lakso <br /> <br />STAFF: City Administrator Mark Statz <br /> City Attorney Kurt Glaser <br /> Finance Director Bruce DeJong <br /> <br />Mayor Paar wished Council Member Lakso a speedy recovery following surgery. <br /> <br />II. APPROVAL OF <br /> <br />Mayor Paar provided an opportunity for others to add or delete any items. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Montain, seconded by Council Member Love to Approve the <br />Agenda as Presented. Block 7 – Housing Tax Increment Financing District (TIF) <br /> <br />City Administer stated that by law a public hearing is needed to establish a Tax Increment <br />Financing District (TIF) with the County and school receiving written notice along with <br /> <br />
