Administrator’s Report

September 13, 2023

REMEMBERING STEVE KING
It is with heavy hearts that we acknowledge
the passing of our dear friend and colleague,
Councilmember Steve King. In Steve’s 10
years of service on the City Council, he
became known as someone who was not
afraid to be the lone voice of dissent on any
given issue; often championing the cause of
the less fortunate. Moreover, he earned the
respect of his fellow councilmembers by his
ability to disagree and debate with civility
and thoughtfulness. For his constituents,
Steve was a strong advocate, often calling
state and federal politicians and agencies
directly to inquire about new laws and
policies. Steve was many things to many
people, including school bus driver, barber,
and Air Force veteran, to name a few. What
he was to all of us was an indelible part of our
community. He will be deeply missed.

ENGINEERING
th
20 Avenue (CSAH 54) Corridor Study
