COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />Res. # 24-,L66 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A REVISED PERSONNEL POLICY <br />WHEREAS, the Personnel Policy has not been modified since 2017; and <br />WHEREAS, various state and federal laws regarding personnel policies, insurance, and benefits have been <br />enacted since 2017; and <br />WHEREAS, Metro-1NET, our joint powers computer consortium has adopted standards for usage to minimize <br />the potential for unauthorized access to our shared systems; and <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has adopted a law requiring employees who work more than SO hours per <br />year to have Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) off in the amount of one hour for every 30 hours worked; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the changes proposed by staff and found them to be in the City's <br />best interests; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Centerville, County of Anoka, <br />State of Minnesota, that the Personnel Policy as revised by staff is hereby adopted. <br />Passed and Adopted by the City of Centerville this 10th day of April, 2024. <br />r„ Mayor, D.
