LaLonde/David & Cheri Chadima, <br />PROPERTY I.D. #: 1687 Westview Street, PIN #23-31-22-22-0003, ± 2.79 Acres <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: LOT 4 AUDITORS SUBDIVISION NO 48 REV EX E 201 <br />FT THEREOF <br /> <br />The Petitioners/Property Owners wish to Plat the parcel “LaLonde First Addition”, splitting the <br />single lot into two parcels and have also submitted for a Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD)/Conditional Use Permit (CUP), required by the parcel being zoned M-2, in preparation for <br />development into a 104 unit, 3-story, luxury apartment building. <br /> <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible.
