The following budget request below is based upon anticipated costs <br />of providing the City of Centerville with the most outstanding Fete Des Lacs <br />2002 parade. We appreciate your support and approval of this request. <br /> <br />Trophies: $250.00 We will be judging the parade again, <br /> awarding our Fete des Lacs, Voyageur & <br /> Heritage awards. We would like to add <br /> some new categories for 2002. <br />Entertainment: $7500.00 Paid entries for parade (example-Bands, <br /> Shriners, Unicycle Club, etc.) <br />Postage/ <br />Mailing: $500.00 We will be sending out several mailings. <br /> Four times. First is information post card, <br /> second is the parade application, third is the <br /> parade route and parade spot number, and <br /> fourth is thank-you cards for our volunteers. <br />Signing: $400.00 Materials required for marking off the <br /> parade spots, blocking of the roads and <br /> no parking signs. <br />Refreshments: $300.00 Refreshments for the parade participants, <br /> Water for the judges & volunteers on the <br /> day of the parade. <br />Misc.: $200.00 Unforeseen expenses/supplies <br />TOTAL: $9150.00 <br />
