The mayor and clerk are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into the attached contract with Henry DaBruzzi <br />of Ro-So Contracting in the name of the city of Centerville <br />for the improvement of County Road #21 from Main Street <br />to a point 340 feet north of Main Street according to the <br />plans and specifications therefor approved by the city <br />council and on file in the office of the city clerk. <br /> <br />2.
