<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the thirteenth day of <br />May, 1996, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Maschka, Wi ski, Goedeke, and Wall, and the <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilperson Goedeke introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9300 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING RAMSEY COUNTY <br />TO RESTRICT PARKING ALONG A PORTION OF COUNTY ROAD D <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City and County have planned the improvement of County Road D (CSAR 19) <br />from 1-35W to Wilder Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County will be expending County State Aid Highway funds S.AP. 62-619-17 on <br />the improvement of said street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said improvement does not conform to the approved minimum standards as <br />previously adopted for such County State Aid streets and that approval of the proposed <br />construction as a County State Aid street project must, therefore, be conditioned upon certain <br />parking restrictions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions, that would be a necessary prerequisite to the <br />approval of this construction as a County State Aid project in the City, has been determined <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City requests the County to restrict the <br />parking of motor vehicles on the south side of County Road D from 1-35W to Wilder Street <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson <br />Wiski and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, Maschka, <br />Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
