EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 13th day of May, 1996, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mastel, Maschka, Wi ski , Goedeke, and Wall, and the following were absent: None. Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9301 RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO LEAGUE OF WOMEN VOTERS WHEREAS, the League of Women Voters Chapter of Roseville, Maplewood, and Falcon Heights has been an active participant and contributor to community life for 46 years; and WHEREAS, the League of Women Voters has taken an active role in cosponsoring the 1996 Tax Increment Financing Forums; and WHEREAS, the League's leadership has been a vital ingredient in producing informative forums about a complex topic; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the City Council of the City of Roseville expresses its gratitude to the Roseville, Maplewood, and Falcon Heights Chapter of the League of Women Voters for its outstanding efforts in the City of Roseville Tax Increment Financing Forums. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Wall, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
