EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 28th day of May, 1996, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall, and the following were absent: None. Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9305 RESOLUTION APPROVING TAX FORFEIT PROPERTY AS NON-CONSERVATION LAND WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has determined that the following parcels of land are non- conservation lands and the City has no interest in retaining these parcels for public purpose; Parcel No. 14-29-23-41-0062-8 Parcel No. 14-29-23-41-0063-1 Parcel No. 14-29-23-41-0064-4 Parcel No. 14-29-23-41-0065-7 Parcel No. 14-29-23-41-0066-0 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, that the classification of these lands as non-conservation and the sale of these tax forfeited parcels at public auction be approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Mastel, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
