<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 13th day <br /> <br />of June, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Kehr, Johnson and Franke; and the following was <br /> <br />absent: Councilman Curley. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7515 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF <br />PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. M-83-13 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />tne City of Roseville, consisting of the extension of parking <br /> <br /> <br />lot at the National Guard Armory on North McCarron's Boulevard, <br /> <br />filed with the Council on June 13, 1983, is hereby declared to <br /> <br />be signed by 100% of the owners of property affected thereby <br /> <br />pursuant to Minn. Stat. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That tne petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br />or in connection with some other improvement, and the esti- <br />mated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />
