<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center <br /> <br />Drive, in said City, on Monday, the 27th day of June, 1983, at <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Johnson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7517 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-80-30 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. <br />ST-80-30 of the City of Roseville on all that property in the <br />area generally bounded by Lexington Avenue on the west, <br />Victoria Street on the east, Central Park on the north, and <br />Grandview Avenue on the south by the installation of storm <br />sewer, pond excavation and necessary appurtenances, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the <br />legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improve- <br />ment and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract <br />pr ice for such improvement is $ 353.079.30 and the other expen- <br />ses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improve- <br />ment amount to $65,574.49 so that th. total cost of the <br />improvement will be $ 418.653.79 , 'and of this cost the Ci ty <br />will pay $ 283.220.69 as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared <br />to be $135,433.10 <br /> <br />2. The City Manager, together with the assistance of the <br />City Public Works Director, shall forthwith calculate the <br />
