<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Tuesday, the 25th <br />day of June, 1996 at 6:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Wall and the following <br />were absent: Mastel. <br /> <br />Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9308 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR UNO-YEN <br />COMPANY TO CONSTRUCT A MOTOR FUEL ST ATION/CONVENIENCE STORE <br />AT 2163 N. SNELLING AVENUE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 462.357, the City of Roseville has adopted <br />zoning regulations to control land uses throughout the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said regulations provided that a motor fuel station may be allowed within the <br />confines of a B-3 Retail zoning district as a conditional use; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, approval of a conditional use permit for a motor fuel station has been requested <br />by Uno- V en Company; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing and recommended <br />approval of such conditional use permit, subject to certain conditions on June 12, 1996; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council considered such conditional use permit at a public <br />hearing held on June 25, 1996. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that a conditional use permit for a <br />motor fuel station within the B-3 zoning district be approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. A 20 foot street and utility easement must be dedicated along the north property line. <br />2. There is an existing sanitary sewer running north and south from County Road B to the <br />service drive. The applicant must protect this utility during construction. <br />3. This property currently has two legal descriptions. Before a permit can be issued, they are <br />required to be combined into one parcel of property. <br />4. The owner shall use all means necessary to eliminate cut-through traffic on the site. <br />5. The northwestern driveway should be relocated to line up with the existing driveway to the <br />Margolis shopping center. <br />6. All site and building drawings attached to this approved application shall become part of the <br />conditional use permit. <br />7. Monument signage shall be installed, meeting City Code setback requirements. <br />
