EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, the 22nd day of July, 1996 at 6:30 P.M. The following members were present: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Wall and the following were absent: Wiski. Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9311 RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD FOR DAVID SEABERG REQUEST FOR DIVISION OF PLATTED LOT AT 3095 WHEELER STREET WHEREAS, David Seaberg has made a request for a division of platted lot at 3095 Wheeler Street; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on these requests on July 10, 1996; and WHEREAS, the City Council opened the public hearing on these requests on July 22, 1996; and WHEREAS, the applicant has requested, in writing, that the public hearing be continued until August 12, 1996 and has agreed to the agency review time limit extension for 60 days, from July 26. 1996 to September 24. 1996. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of David Seaberg request for a division of platted lot at 3095 Wheeler Street, be extended for 60 days, from July 26. 1996 to September 24. 1996. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council member Mastel and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Wall and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
