EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting ofthe City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, the 22nd day of July, 1996 at 6:30 P.M. The following members were present: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, Wall and the following were absent: None. Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9313 RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD FOR SCOTT WICKLUND REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO OPERATE A TRUCK AND TRAILER RENTAL BUSINESS AND VARIANCE TO THE ZONING CODE FOR OUTSIDE STORAGE AT 1450 W. COUNTY ROAD C WHEREAS, Scott Wicklund has made a request for a conditional use permit to operate a truck and trailer rental business and variance to the zoning code for outside storage at 1450 W. County Road C; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on these requests on July 10, 1996; and WHEREAS, the City Council opened the public hearing on these requests on July 22, 1996; and WHEREAS, the applicant, at the July 22, 1996 City Council meeting, verbally requested that the public hearing be continued until August 26, 1996 and has agreed to the agency review time limit extension for 60 days, from July 23. 1996 to September 24, 1996. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Scott Wicklund request for a conditional use permit to operate a truck and trailer rental business and variance to the zoning code for outside storage at 1450 W. County Road C, be extended for 60 days, from July 23. 1996 to September 24. 1996. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council member Wiski and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall and the following voted against the same: None.
