<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on <br />Monday, the twenty-third day of April, 1984, at 1:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Franke, Johnson, Kehr and Demos <br />Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1605 <br /> <br />Resolution prohibiting parking on the southside of County <br />Road "D" from Highcrest Road to S.T.H. 35W. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County has planned the improvement of County Road D (CSAH 19) <br />from Highcrest Road to State Trunk Highway 35W; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County will be expending County State Aid Highway funds <br />(S.A.P. 62-619-03) on the improvement of said street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said improvement does not conform to the approved minimum standards <br />as previously adopted for such County State Aid streets and that approval of <br />the proposed construction as a County State Aid street project must, <br />therefore, be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions, that would be a necessary <br />prerequisite to the approval of this construction as a County State Aid <br />project in the City, has been determined. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City requests the County to <br />restrict the parking of motor vehicles on the south side of County Road D <br />from Highcrest Road to State Trunk Highway 35W. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Kehr and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Franke, Johnson, Curley, Kehr, <br />and Demos. <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None. <br />
