EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA APRIL 8, 1985 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville, met in regular session at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 8th day of April, 1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Council- members Franke, Kehr, Curley and Johnson; and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: Resolution No. 7711(b) RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-84-24A BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted April 8,1985, the Council has directed the City Consulting Engineer to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including all that property abutting Sextant Avenue between Dale Street and Grotto Street by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, drainage and necessary appurtenances. The Consulting Engineer was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. P-84-24A. 2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on April 22, 1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed
