<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />APRIL 8, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held <br /> <br />at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 8th day of April <br />1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Council- <br /> <br />members Johnson, Franke, Kehr, and Curley; and the following were <br />absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7713 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENT NO. P-ST-84-33 <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER AND PURSUANT <br />TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public <br />hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. <br />P-ST-84-33 consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, <br />concrete curb and gutter and necessary apurtenances on all that <br />property abutting Woodhill Drive between Lexington Avenue and <br />Victoria Street, as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost <br />presently estimated at $262,810.09, and substantially in accor- <br />dance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof <br />which is not on file in the office of the City Manager; and <br />having considered the views of all interested persons and being <br />fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine <br />and order that said improvement shall be constructed and <br />financed, and special assessments shall be levied therefor, pur- <br />suant to said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be <br />assessed therefor shall include the property as described in the <br />Notice of Hearing. The City Public Works Director is directed to <br />prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifica- <br />tions, with the street to be generally aligned six feet North of <br />the center line on Woodhill Drive. <br />
