<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD APRIL 8, 1985 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota was duly <br />called and held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, April 8, <br />1985 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Curley, Kehr, Franke, <br />Johnson and Demos; and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Franke introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 7713a <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Woodhill Drive from Lexington Avenue to Victoria <br />Street is a Municipal State Aid street, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such roadways must conform to established <br />standards, including the prohibition of parking on one side for <br />thirty-four foot wide designs. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that parking is hereby <br />prohibited on the south side of Woodhill CM.S.A. No. 225) from <br />Lexington Avenue to Victoria Street, identified as Roseville <br />Project No. P-84-33, be adopted. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Public Works Director is <br />hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of <br />this resolution to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by member Johnson, and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Curley, Franke, <br />Johnson and Demos; and the following voted against the same: <br />None; and the following abstained: Kehr. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
