EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA HELD: APRIL 22, 1985 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 22nd day of April, 1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Johnson, Kehr, Curley, Franke and Demos. and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Kehr introduced and moved the adop- tion of the following resolution: Resolution No. 7717 RESOLUTION RELATING TO PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-84-24A AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7711 (b) DATED: APRIL 8, 1985 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota that Resolution No. 7711(b) adopted April 8, 1985, entitled "Resolution Receiving Report and Providing for Public Hearing on Improvement No. P-84-24A be and hereby amended as follows: 1. Paragraph 2 of said resolution is amended to read as follows: "The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on May 13, 1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of time, place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville Review, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing." 2. The form of notice of hearing set forth in paragraph 3 of said resolution is amended by striking the date "22nd day of April, 1985," in said notice and substituting in lieu thereof the date "13th day of May, 1985."
