<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />September 23, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in <br />the City Hall in said City on Monday, September 23, 1985, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Franke, Kehr, Johnson and Curley; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Also present were James F. Andre, City Manager; Charles <br />Honchell, City Public Works Director; Robert Bell of Peterson, <br />Bell & Converse, City Attorney; and Thomas S. Deans of Knutson, <br />Flynn & Hetland, City Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />Mayor Demos introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7808 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENT NO. P-SS-W-ST-82-12 <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER AND PURSUANT <br />TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public <br />hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. <br />P-SS-W-ST-82-12 consisting of the installation of bituminous <br />paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage facilities, <br />sanitary sewer, watermain, and necessary appurtenances on all <br />that property in the Weleczki Addition between Dale Street and <br />North Dale Court, as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost <br />presently estimated at $133,000, and substantially in accordance <br />with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which <br />is now on file in the office of the City Manager; and having con- <br />sidered the views of all interested persons and being fully <br />
