<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />September 23, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, September 23, 1985, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmembers Franke, Kehr, Johnson and Curley; and the <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7815 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-85-22 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br />City of Roseville, at the corner of Lexington Avenue and Garden <br /> <br />Avenue by the construction of storm sewer and necessary appur- <br /> <br />tenances filed with the Council on September 16, 1985, is hereby <br />declared to be signed by 100 percent of the owners of property <br />affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a pre- <br />liminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible <br />and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in <br />
