<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in <br />the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the <br />twelveth day of May, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Matson, Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, <br />and Demos. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Member Kehr <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7901 <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO SECTIONS 8.730 AND 12.055 (1) <br /> <br />DEALING WITH NON-MOTORIZED PATHWAYS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city council recognizes that it is in the best interest of the <br />city to amend its existing policy on special assessments which was adopted by <br />Resolution No. 7506 on May 9, 1983; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such amendment is for the purpose of removing Section 8 concerning <br />non-motorized pathways from the special assessment policy. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that Section 8 concerning non-motorized <br />pathways is hereby removed from the special assessment policy of the City of <br />Roseville as contained in Resolution No. 7506. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />this 12th day of May, 1986. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by member Cushman upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: all present, and the following <br />voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
