EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the nineteenth day of May, 1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Matson, Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, and Demos. and the following were absent: None. Member Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 7904 MnDOT AGREEMENT FOR COUNTY ROAD B-2 BRIDGE OVER I-35W WHEREAS, the City of Roseville is desirous of constructing a bridge over I-35W from the intersection of County Road B-2 and Cleveland Avenue to the intersection of Terminal Road and Long Lake Road; and WHEREAS, said construction requires the bridge to be constructed in the air rights of I-35W and for the city to maintain such a facility in the future; and WHEREAS, it is a MnDOT requirement that said construction can only occur after an agreement has been entered into between their offices and the City of Roseville; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville hereby approves agreement No. 63481 between MnDOT and the City of Roseville allowing the city to construct bridge No. 160-219-08 over I-35W; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the mayor and city manager are authorized to sign said agreement in behalf of the city after staff review and approval of the document. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Cushman, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
