EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 9th day of March, 1987, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Johnson, Kehr, Matson, Cushman, and Wiski, and the following were absent: None. Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8121 ROSEVILLE RAIDERS HIGH SCHOOL HOCKEY TEAM WHEREAS, The Roseville Raiders High School Hockey Team has been a terrific representative of Roseville throughout the season through its athletic ability, teamwork, and sportsmanship; and, WHEREAS, The Roseville Raiders Hockey Team has earned an outstanding record of twenty-one wins and three losses; and WHEREAS, The Team is now taking that record into the State High School Hockey Tournament; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Roseville that the Roseville Raiders High School Hockey Team be congratulated on an outstanding regular season, and on earning a berth in the State High School Hockey Tournament; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Council wishes the Team the best of luck throughout the State Tournament. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Kehr, Matson, Cushman, and Wiski, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
