<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
<br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota
<br />was duly held on the 23rd day of November, 1987, at 7:30 p.m.

<br />The following members were present: Kehr, Johnson, Matson, Cush-
<br />man, and Wiski, and the following were absent: None.

<br />J:vlember Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its
<br />adoption:

<br />RESOLUTION 8218
<br />CLERICAL/TECHNICAL EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of
<br />Minnesota, the City Council shall establish employee compensation;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Clerical/Technical
<br />Employee Classification and Pay Plan be revised to include the
<br />following ranges for certain City employees in 1988:

<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the monthly insurance contribution
<br />provided to the employees covered under this plan be increased to
<br />$175.00 per month.

<br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
<br />seconded by Member Kehr, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the
<br />following voted in favor thereof: Kehr, Johnson, Matson, Cushman,
<br />and Wiski, and the following voted against the same: None.

<br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
