~ EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the city Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the ninth day of May, 1988, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog, and the following were absent: None. Member Matson adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its RESOLUTION NO. 8300 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT NO. P-88-11 PURSUANT TO PETITION BY 100% OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY WHEREAS, the city Council received a petition from all owners of the real property known as Centre Pointe Business Park in the City of Roseville requesting that the Council install concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances at said location and requesting that the entire cost of said improvement be assessed against their property; and WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted April 25, 1988, a report has been prepared by the City Public Works Director with reference to the improvement, and this report was received by the Council on May 9, 1988; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: 1. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owner of all property affected by said requested improvement in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 429.031, Subd. 3. 2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby ordered as proposed in the report of the City Public Works Director. 3. The City Public Works Director is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plan~ and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Kehr and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Matson, Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
