<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the 13th of June, 1988, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cushman, Johnson, Matson, Kehr, <br />and Rag, <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Kehr <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8303 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br /> <br />ASSESSMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City of Roseville, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment rolls for various improvements for the City <br />of Roseville were certified to the County Auditor of the County of <br />Ramsey, and since the certifications, a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment rolls have been divided and conveyed, <br />it requires that apportionment of the original assessments be made by <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville in order that the proper <br />assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel <br />of property thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby <br />make the following apportionment of original assessments against the <br />following described properties: <br /> <br />DIVISION NO. DA061488 <br /> <br />The City Manager of the City of Roseville is hereby authorized to <br />prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to certify the same <br />to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Cushman and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Johnson, Matson, Kehr, <br />and Rag, <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
