<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the fourteenth day of April, 1997, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, and Wall and the <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9401 <br /> <br />Final acceptance, 1987 City Contract A <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City, Shafer Contracting of Shafer, <br />Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with 1987 Contract A <br />consisting of <br /> <br />P-85-20A <br />P-85-20E <br />ST-85-21 <br /> <br />East Cleveland Frontage Road, railroad to bridge-street reconstruction <br />East Cleveland Frontage Road, railroad to bridge-pathway construction <br />East Cleveland Frontage Road, County Road B-2 to County Road C- <br />storm sewer construction <br /> <br />P-86-43 <br /> <br />West Perimeter Rd., Prior Ave. to 36 Frontage Dr.; Prior Ave., Co. Rd. <br />B-2 to T.H. 36; Oakcrest Ave., Prior Ave. to Fairview Ave.-curb repair <br />and overlay <br /> <br />SS-W-P-86-42 Patton Road, County Road C to approximately 600 feet north- <br />street and utility construction <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted <br />and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper <br />order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Mastel and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof Wiski, Maschka, <br />Mastel, Goedeke, and Wall and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
