<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the eleventh day of September, 1989, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rog <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8502 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT NO. P-89-23 <br />PURSUANT TO PETITION BY 100% OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City council received a petition from all owners of the <br />real property located at 701 West County Road B, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />currently known as parkview Center School, requesting that the Council <br />install concrete curb, bituminous paving, drainage and necessary <br />appurtenances for the modifications to the parking lot at said location <br />and requesting that the entire cost of said improvement be assessed <br />against their property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted September 11, <br />1989, a report has been prepared by the City Public Works Director with <br />reference to the improvement, and this report was received by the <br />Council on September 11, 1989; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owner of all property <br />affected by said requested improvement in accordance with <br />Minnesota statutes, section 429.031, Subd. 3. <br /> <br />2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby ordered as proposed <br />in the report of the City Public Works Director. <br /> <br />3. The City Public Works Director is hereby designated as the <br />engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Cushman and upon roll call vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, <br />and Rog <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
