<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minneso- <br />ta was duly held on the 13th day of November 1989 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Rog, and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and <br />Matson. <br /> <br />Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />8514 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO <br />ADJUST THE TAX LEVY FOR BONDED DEBT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council will be issuing General Improvement <br />Bonds in 1990 requiring a new levy; and WHEREAS, the General <br />Obligation Series 5 and 6 have a balance of dedicated funds, <br />thus a levy is no longer needed and Series 15 has funds on hand <br />to reduce the levy for 1990: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br /> <br />The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to increase the 1990 tax <br />levy for the planned General Improvement Bond Issue Series 16, <br />1990 by $240,000 and to decrease the General Obligation Issues <br />Series 5 and 6 levy by $183,850 and Series 15 by $98,582. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by member Johnson and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and <br /> <br />Rog, <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
