<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF THE MEETING <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the City Hall in said City on the 7th day of December, <br />1989, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: ~ohnson, Cushman, Kehr, and <br /> <br />Rog, <br />and the following members were absent: Matson. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cushman <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8517 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING A DRAINAGE EASEMENT <br />WITHIN THE BOLSTADS ADDITION PLAT <br />BELAIR LAKE JOSEPHINE HEIGHTS NO. 2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after published and posted notice, the City Council held a <br />public hearing to determine whether or not said drainage easement in <br />the city of Roseville should be vacated, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the city's storm <br />sewer system, it would be beneficial to the public interest to <br />vacate said street; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br /> <br />The city councfI of the city of Roseville hereby vacates the <br />drainage easement over the property described as follows: <br /> <br />LOT 1, BLOCK 1 OF BELAIR LAKE JOSEPHINE HEIGHTS NO.2. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Johnson, and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, <br />and Rog, <br />and the following against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
