<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall <br />in said city on Thursday, December 7, 1989, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Johnson, Matson, Cushman, Kehr, and <br />Rog and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8518 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-86-44 <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER <br />AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br />in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as <br />amended, the Council held a public hearing on the proposed construction <br />of Improvement No. SS-W-P-86-44 consisting of the installation of <br />bituminous paving, concrete curb curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary <br />sewers, storm sewers, and necessary appurtenances on a newly constructed <br />cul-de-sac approximately 300 feet north of County Road B-2 extending <br />from Dale Street to approximately 600 feet east as described in the <br />Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $291,711.80 and <br />substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the <br />feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City <br />Manager; and having considered the views of all interested persons and <br />being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine <br />and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed. The <br />City Public Works Director is directed to prepare and submit to the <br />Council the final plans and specifications. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Cushman and upon roll call vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Matson, <br />Cushman, Kehr, and Rog <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
