<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city <br />Council of the city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the city Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Thursday, the seventh day of December, 1989, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Johnson, Matson, Cushman, Kehr, <br />and Rog, <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member cushman <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8520 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br /> <br />ASSESSMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Roseville, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment rolls for various improvements for the City of <br />Roseville were certified to the County Auditor of the County of Ramsey, <br />and since the certifications, a number of parcels of property contained <br />within said assessment rolls have been divided and conveyed, it requires <br />that apportionment of the original assessments be made by the city <br />council of the City of Roseville in order that the proper assessment can <br />be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property there- <br />after, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City council of the City of Roseville does hereby <br />make the following apportionment of original assessments against the <br />following described properties: <br /> <br />DIVISION NUMBER DA062493 <br /> <br />The city Manager of the City of Roseville is hereby authorized to <br />prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to certify the same to <br />the County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Matson, Cushman, Kehr, <br />and Rog, <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None. <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
