<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 28th day of April, 1997, <br />at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, Wall, Wiski; and the <br />following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9407 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF ALBEMARLE COURT <br />AND CERTAIN ASSOCIATED UTILITY EASEMENTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH <br />APPROVAL OF THE PLAT FOR SOUTHWIND OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the Planning Commission held <br />a public hearing on March 12, 1997, to determine whether or not a portion of said street <br />and utility and drainage easements, in the City of Roseville should be vacated; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the surrounding land, it <br />would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate a portion of said street and utility and <br />drainage easements; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, hereby vacates that portion of Albemarle Court described in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />hereby vacates the utility and drainage easements as dedicated across, over, and under <br />portions of Lots 3-6 and Lots 8-15, as shown on the recorded Zeece Addition plat, and the <br />easements for utility purposes over a part of Zeece Addition as contained in Document <br />Nos. 2557630 and 2557633. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Wiski, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, <br />Maschka, Mastel, Wiski and Wall; and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
